There'd Be Others from Therein Wine

Wines

Our first release of wines spans three vintage years and two impressive vineyard sites from the Lehigh Valley AVA and Central Delaware Valley AVA. (But not our own most impressive vineyard site, not yet.)

Their Grey Roses from Therein Wine

Central Delaware Valley AVA

550’ elevation, 20-40% south-facing slope, cobbly loam over granite & gneiss, 20+ year old vines

Whole cluster direct pressed in basket press as quickly and gently as possible to try to coax something pale out of the teinturier deepness of Chambourcin, fermented in stainless and racked the following spring.

Nothing added nor removed.
